About the artist: Yamila Velázquez (Las Tunas, Cuba, 1993) is a contemporary artist who uses digital intelligence tools; she currently lives and works in Alicante, Spain. Owner and partner of a company dedicated to the sale, representation, and development of artists and artworks, Velázquez combines her entrepreneurial vision with a deep artistic sensibility. This young Cuban talent has established herself in the field of digital art, using contemporary media to explore themes related to nature, landscape, and the intimate relationship between woman and her surroundings. Her work delicately and forcefully addresses topics such as beauty, love, sensuality, and feminine delicacy, always framed in enveloping, romantic, and refined atmospheres. With a vibrant and expressive aesthetic, Yamila Velázquez manages to fuse classical influences with a modern language, resulting in versatile, fresh, and deeply evocative works. The pictorial texture of her images, the masterful use of color, and the emotionally balanced composition position her work as a contemporary artistic proposal of high aesthetic value. Shipping and presentation: The work will be carefully packed by a professional and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube, internally protected with bubble wrap to guarantee its integrity during transport. Deliveries are made through reliable courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, or Correos Spain, depending on the destination and the most convenient option in each case. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days, though it can vary depending on the destination country. This magnificent piece of contemporary art captures a nun in a state of mystical ecstasy during prayer, using the aesthetic philosophy of Kintsugi as a powerful catalyst for devotion and redemption. The figure’s dark habit, far from being flat, is presented fractured and imbued with intense sheets of repoussé gold running through the fabric and extending to her interlaced hands, symbolizing that the cracks of the soul and human brokenness are restored and beautified through faith. Framed by a background of cracked marble, delicate white lilies, and a radiant divine halo, the piece becomes a sublime visual metaphor where suffering and imperfection are transmuted into a sacred, valuable, and spiritually renewed work of art.
