Artisanal Details & Provenance: Artist Signed (Mei): Features an authentic incised Kanji artist signature (Ju-sho / Masa-ju) on the rear paw base, confirming bespoke craftsmanship. Masterful Hair-Carving (Keno-bori): Intricately hand-chiseled with dense, fluid hair textures across the brow and body, complemented by hand-painted accents on the natural timber finish. Dynamic Salmon Motif: Captures a powerful brown bear (Higuma) holding a large salmon (Sake) in its jaws—a iconic symbol of nature's bounty and strength in Hokkaido folk tradition.
