Welo opal is Ethiopian

Welo opal is Ethiopian

This natural cabochon displays a remarkable play of colors: electric green flashes, emerald, yellow, and red burst against a golden background sprinkled with flashes that change with every angle of light. The colors are vivid and contrasted, the hallmark of the most expressive Welo opals. Provenance: Welo region, a world reference for opal since the 2000s. Lithotherapy: A stone of creativity and emotion, opal is linked to the sacral and crown chakras. It amplifies artistic expression, fosters spontaneity, and invites embracing change with lightness. Care: Welo opal is a hydrophane stone; it absorbs water. Avoid repeated contact with water, perfumes, and household products, to prevent irreversible internal microcracks. Ethiopian opal has the distinctive feature of rapidly changing appearance depending on the intensity and nature of the light illuminating it. Depending on brightness, one can see multicolored fires or simply a pale base. 1. Secure shipping with tracking number. 2. Shipment twice a week. For Europe and international destinations, delivery may take 8 to 15 days depending on the destination and customs checks at the borders. 3. All my stones are genuine, without color treatment, resin, or plastic. They have all been carefully selected, but as these are natural and handmade products, they may sometimes show small imperfections. 4. Set in 925 silver. Adjustable size 55/57. Yellow gold plating. 5. The stones have changing reflections depending on light, indoor lighting, or sun. Photos were taken from different angles and lighting conditions to show you the various aspects. 6. Please examine the photographs carefully; they are an integral part of the description. Thank you for your interest and happy bidding.
