His work is distinguished by the reuse of iconic symbols through accumulations of dots, paying homage to art history and to popular figures he admires. His works often have an initial abstract reading that becomes figurative depending on the distance from which one views them. He likes the idea that each person who observes his works does not necessarily see the same thing, but above all he enjoys playing with the viewer’s eye. By reworking certain masterpieces, he aims to make them rediscovered by the general public and invites them to explore the history of art in a playful, modern, and democratic way.
