This set is manufactured in the genuine Mahogany finish, a mottled mahogany celluloid that stands out for the richness of its dark tones and contrasting grain. The fountain pen is crowned with its original 14-karat solid gold nib with a heart-shaped breather, a legendary writing instrument for its elasticity and a stroke delivery full of expressive calligraphic personality. Highlights of this Piece Sharp Commercial Engravings: The imprints on the barrel and caps are preserved with extraordinary depth, fully legible and without the usual wear from abrasive polishing, keeping its patrimonial value intact. Official Catalog Marking: The base of the barrel clearly shows the numeric seal 94, an indispensable element that international experts require to certify authenticity and standard size of the piece. Era-Original Personalization Engraving: The fountain pen cap bears the inscription J. D. PEARCE original to the celluloid.
