Die Walzenspieluhr befindet sich in einem rechteckigem Holzkasten mit Intarsien. Innen befindet sich eine Glasabdeckung. Sie spielt 8 Melodien im Klang einer Mandoline. Lt. Liste im Innendeckel u.a. Mozart's 'Serenade' aus der Oper 'Don Juan' und Verdi's 'Aria' aus 'Il Trovatore'. Ein Ratschenhebel zum Aufziehen sowie zwei weitere Hebel zum Regulieren. Im Kurztest voll funktionsfähig, Schlüssel anbei, Holz besch., Altersspuren, L 57, 5 cm x B 22 cm x H 15 cm, Gewicht 11 kg. | “Mandoline” barrel music box, late 19th century / early 20th century. The barrel music box is housed in a rectangular wooden case with inlay work. Inside is a glass cover. It plays 8 melodies with the sound of a mandolin. According to the list on the inside lid, the repertoire includes Mozart’s “Serenade” from the opera “Don Juan” and Verdi’s “Aria” from “Il Trovatore,” among others. It features a ratchet lever for winding and two additional levers for adjustment. Fully functional in a brief test; key included; wood shows signs of age; L 57.5 cm x W 22 cm x H 15 cm.
