Walt Disney - 1 Original preliminary drawing - Donald...

Moose Hunters (1937) - Original Donald Duck Production Drawing No. 183 (Walt Disney) This original production drawing comes from Moose Hunters (1937), a classic Walt Disney short from the golden age of animation. The film features Donald Duck and Goofy in a chaotic hunting adventure filled with visual gags and exaggerated motion. This drawing corresponds to the scene occurring around the 4:43 timestamp, where Donald stumbles into a flower patch, disturbs a bee and reacts with mounting frustration and frantic movement. The animation captures Donald’s expressive personality, his agitation, flailing limbs and elastic motion hallmarks of early Disney character animation. The artwork is rendered in graphite with color pencil accents on original 12-field, 5-peghole animation paper and is hand-numbered 183, confirming its use in the original production process. A charming and authentic piece of Golden Age Disney production art provided with a CEO from the gallery.
