Tutte le aste / Altro / Wall mirror - Crystal
Elegant round wall mirror, featuring a refined gold Aluminum frame composed of numerous segmented and faceted geometric elements, with a finish in gold and bronze tones. The distinctive design of the frame creates a suggestive refraction and depth effect, giving the mirror a decorative, sophisticated, and typically vintage look. The craftsmanship recalls some Italian productions of design and decorative glass-and-metal art from the second half of the twentieth century, with an aesthetics that can evoke Cristal Art, without attributing it to that manufacture in the absence of a signature or documentation. The mirror is a particularly versatile furniture element, suitable for both modern spaces and interiors with a vintage, classic, or eclectic taste. The substantial frame makes it a decorative piece even when not used exclusively as a mirror. Characteristics Type: wall mirror Shape: round Frame material: Aluminum Finish: gold and bronze tones Surface: glass mirror Frame: segmented, geometric and faceted Diameter: 75 cm Depth: 6 cm Production: presumably Italian, second half of the 20th century Attribution: unsigned / attribution not documented A piece with strong stage presence, particularly interesting for collectors and enthusiasts of Italian design and vintage furnishing accessories. Attribution note: the frame aesthetics feature characteristics that can recall some Cristal Art mirrors, but since there is no signature, label, or other identifying documentation, the object is offered without a definite attribution to the manufacturer. Conditions are excellent, with only three small chips on some elements of the frame. The affected elements can be easily replaced by contacting a specialized framer. The three imperfections have been highlighted in one of the photographs for a transparent and precise view of the object’s condition. Shipping and pickup This listing allows shipping only via pickup by the buyer. However, if in-person pickup is not possible, we can consider, upon the buyer’s request, a customized shipping solution. In that case, appropriate logistic services will be organized according to the characteristics of the item, with particular attention to fragile, bulky, or valuable objects, with costs and terms to be agreed, at the buyer’s expense.
