Colombian Emerald Mid Century Modern Platinum Double Diamond Halo Ring Description: An absolutely stunning ring that comes with the original box. Complete with a full emerald report from AGL, transcribed below. This emerald ring is absolutely stunning, the photos do not do it justice, the color is on par with some of the best examples from Cartier, Tiffany and Van Cleef. The treatment mentioned in the report refers to a LIGHT oil treatment, which is routinely done. From the estate of a 1950s prominent Milwaukee builder banker and philanthropist. The color and clarity are what would expect from a Van Cleef & Arpels piece, it is deep green with few inclusions, the pictures do not do it justice, The signature is very bold. The emerald has many tiny abrasions on a few of the junction facets and tiny chips and a few scattered tiny chips on the girlde but as you can see from the pics, nothing major.
