US VIETNAM WAR M-1 HELMET. Shell has the original green finish. Equipped with a reversible Mitchell camouflage cover, which has a contract date code for 1970. It is held in place by the elastic band that retains the cover. The helmet, cover, shell, and liner are all correct for a Vietnam war helmet. The helmet comes complete with high pressure Vietnam War era liner marked "US / 25" on interior crown. The liner does not have a frontal eyelet, indicating that it is a post Korean war manufacture. Liner is unpainted with original hardware intact. Liner manufacture stamps are mostly illegible with webbing that appears to be dated "7 JUNE 66". The camouflage cover exhibits some fading with scattered scuffs and a light tear. Light edge wear. CONDITION: Very good. Item Dimensions: 11" X 10" X 7", Item Dimensions:
