Underwood 315 - Typewriter - 1960-1970

Magnificent Underwood 315 typewriter from the 1970s. Made in Spain in a fabulous and rare green and white two-tone color for some British department stores. This one has black keys, a red tab key, and the standard "elite" font, which offers 11 characters per inch. The Olivetti company bought Underwood in the 1960s, so many Underwood typewriters appeared under the Olivetti brand. This particular one is an Olivetti Dora, designed by Ettore Sottsass, who also designed the Olivetti Valentine, so there are many stylistic similarities between the Dora and the Valentine. This typewriter has been professionally tested. It works perfectly. The ink ribbon of Group 4 needs replacing. This model writes well and is in good condition, with only a few scratches and minor marks on the hard plastic case. It comes with its original black vinyl case, which is fully functional and has a carrying handle. It is in good condition for its age, with only a few marks on the interior and exterior in some places. The typewriter measures 29 cm wide by 33 cm deep and 8.5 cm high. This is a green Underwood 315, an uncommon model and color, which also works perfectly and has a smooth and comfortable typing mechanism. Shipped securely with tracking. Note on shipments to archipelagos: Any shipment outside the peninsula to islands and archipelagos will incur a shipping surcharge of between €16 and €25.
