If you are unable to do it yourself, please seek a professional. All automatic watches must be wound initially from the crown as simply wearing it will not keep the required power reserve. RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE To avoid possible damage to the mechanism, please do not set the date with the crown when the watch time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings it is necessary to gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to securely screw the crown back after setting the desired settings.
