RULE FOR ALL DATES WATCHES To avoid possible damage to the movement, please do not set the date with the crown when the watch time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is advisable to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings you may need to gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to securely screw the crown back after making the desired adjustments.
