Trinidad Distillers Ltd 2005 19 years old Distilia...

TDL, Pimenta Racemosa is the rum from Distilia’s exclusive Floral Rum Series. It was born as a child of cooperation of the Distilia and Catawiki, which years of expertise resulted in a true masterpiece sealed in a bottle. Part of the Floral Rum Series, this limited release pays tribute to Pimenta Racemosa, known as the Bay Rum Tree — the national tree of Trinidad and Tobago. Much like the fragrant leaves once distilled into the famed bay rum tonic, this bottling captures the essence of island vitality, elegance, and complexity. A single cask full proof rum celebrating the botanical spirit of Trinidad. Distilled in 2005 at the renowned TDL distillery and aged for over 19 years, this rare expression showcases more than a decade of tropical aging in the Caribbean climate before maturing further in Europe. Bottled at a bold 64.5% ABV, it retains both raw intensity and remarkable refinement. Aromatic, powerful, and deeply expressive — this is Trinidad rum at its most evocative.
