Dear Friends, I had a very tough period from 28/9 to 8/10. Intensive Care - a very serious Pulmonary Embolism - they saved my life. I am back and I wish to continue offering my models. I wish to thank all the friends, bidders, buyers for their comprehension, for their patience, for their kindness. THANK YOU. Paolo Tron Offering to you a very rare and high quality 1/43rd scale artisanal model by: Trajectoire by Virage made in France ref. #V41 Jaguar type "D" Sport Special Ecurie Ecosse 500 Miles of Monza #6 Ivor Bueb professionally built - very good quality - extremely rare offered inside its kit box - without plastic case - nicely built - in perfect conditions very hard to find today - reserve price reasonable Note the last photo of the real car ... not with this Lot Historic Informations the Race of the Worlds was organized in Monza in 1957 and in 1958 - the purpose was to re-unite the USA racing cars and European racing cars - in this case too Sportscars were invited - they had a very rough time since the Indy Racers dominated both heats - this Jaguar suffered over 18 laps distance in each heat - still I don't understand why they just did not invite only single seaters.
