Tonka - Toy car - 1970-1980 - U.K.

Collection of 7 vintage Tonka vehicles, circa 1970-1980, including a Pepsi delivery van, military jeep, forklift, and Camaro Description Collection of seven vintage Tonka vehicles from the 1970s and early 1980s, in one lot. Tonka is worldwide known for its sturdy toy vehicles made of pressed steel. Most models are steel with plastic parts and bear the Tonka logo, either as a sticker or in relief. Some have the distinctive Tonka tires (XR-101). The lot consists of: Large red pickup with black roll bar and colorful striping. This is the largest vehicle in the lot. Yellow forklift with black forks, mast and red warning light. Also a large model. Green garbage truck with white cargo bed and tilting rear portion. Blue tow truck with hooks and a chrome front bumper. About as large as the garbage truck. Blue-and-white Tonka Pepsi delivery van. The original bottles are unfortunately missing. Olive-green military jeep with white star on the hood and open body. Yellow sports car, fully plastic, presumably a Chevrolet Camaro. Small model, with a Tonka sticker on the windshield and chrome details. The vehicles vary in size. See the photos for the size of each model. Condition: All vehicles are truly used and show clear signs of wear appropriate for their age: paint damage and chipped paint at edges and cargo beds, scratches, light rust in some places, dust marks, and for the yellow sports car scratches on the windshield. Stickers are partly lightly weathered. The Pepsi van is missing the original bottles. The vehicles are complete as shown in the photos. See the photos for the condition of each model. Sold in the condition in which they are.
