The painting was created with a special and unusual technique. The artist uses no brushes for his art, instead applying the acrylic paint directly to the canvas by hand. The paint is poured very thinly onto unprimed cotton fabric and massaged into the material. This allows the color to penetrate deeply into the fabric and reveals no brushstrokes. The artist repeats this process several times. The paintings consist of up to ten layers / coats of color.
