Sumatran amber pendant

Polished cabochon set on a 925 silver bail. The stone has a remarkable visual effect: from golden brown, it turns blue under UV light. A feature specific to Sumatra ambers, among the most sought after in the world. Amber is a fossil resin whose Indonesian deposits, mined, yield pieces with exceptional translucency and depth of color. Sumatra amber is particularly prized by collectors for this natural blue fluorescence, absent in Baltic ambers. In lithotherapy, amber is associated with the solar chakra. It is reputed for its purifying and protective properties, promoting mental clarity and energetic balance. Real photographs, what you see is what you receive. 1. Secured shipping with tracking number. 2. Dispatch twice a week. For Europe and international destinations, delivery may vary from 8 to 15 days depending on the destination and customs clearance at the borders. 3. All my stones are genuine, without color treatment, resin, or plastic. They have all been selected with care, but as they are natural and artisanal products, they may sometimes show small imperfections. 4. The pendant bails have been checked; the stated size includes the bail. The chain in the photos is not included in the sale, it is a presentation accessory. 5. Please note: Amber has changing reflections depending on light, indoor lighting or sunlight. Photos were taken indoors with appropriate lighting and outdoors in natural light when the weather allows. I always try to reproduce the most faithful possible natural colors of the stone. 6. Unlike industrial jewelry, an artisanal piece in stone and silver, handmade even of high quality, may show slight marks or traces that testify to its authenticity. Thank you for your interest and happy bidding.
