studio pirouette - Sculpture, ODE - JOUR 2 - 13 cm - Glass - 2024

"Le passe-partout" Here is a wall-mounted catchall tray and manifesto piece. This artwork uses formal play and the transparency of glass to highlight the accumulation of everyday objects. At the center, there is a hidden handle, allowing the piece to turn slightly on itself. This creation is one of the 3 unique pieces made during the project "ODE 2" initiated by the designer "pirouette". For one day, 5 volunteer participants visited a craftsman (here a glassmaker: Tipii Atelier). During this experience, they put themselves in the designer’s shoes to manufacture an object in a single day. The work you see here is a unique piece and was crafted in 12 hands, in one day (18/04/2024). It is in perfect condition. t size: 14 cm in diameter x 13 cm in depth weight: 4 kg material: hand-blown glass accessories: sold with a butterfly screw (to hang on a piece of furniture, see photos) or a screw and molly plug (to hang on a drywall wall). - This is a unique piece handmade by a glass artisan. This work is signed by the designer, using a stamped aluminum plate. This unique piece will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
