Stella D'Oriente 1893 - Tapestry - 138 cm - 107 cm - Equestrian Scene Tapestry

Elegant vintage tapestry signed Stella d'Oriente, depicting a refined equestrian scene inspired by the 18th century, set in a suggestive wooded landscape. The composition features two riders on horseback, accompanied by a young servant and hunting hounds, immersed in lush vegetation. The design stands out for its abundant detail, harmony of the composition, and the particular color range, characterized by warm tones of ochre, olive green, brown, and antique red. The tapestry is presumably produced by jacquard mechanical weaving, following the tradition of decorative tapestries of the twentieth century. On the back is the original Stella d'Oriente label, bearing the design number 6008 and the catalog size 140 × 100 cm. The piece is mounted on a wooden frame, as documented by the back photographs. The figurative composition is well preserved and the colors maintain a pleasant intensity. Please observe the photographs closely, which constitute an integral part of the description and document the actual condition of the item. A large-format decorative element, particularly suitable for classical interiors, country houses, studies, libraries, and interiors furnished with antique furniture.
