Steinhauer Apeldoorn - Lamp - Wood - Swivel wall lamp

This wooden rotating wall lamp is a characterful example of Dutch design from the late 20th century, dating roughly to 1970–1985. The lamp is produced by Steinhauer Apeldoorn, a renowned name within the Dutch lighting industry. The design is characterized by a segment-shaped, rotatable wooden arm, executed in warm-toned solid wood. In combination with the opal-colored shade, this provides a soft, pleasant light diffusion. The lamp is fully adjustable and therefore very suitable as a reading lamp, bedside lamp, or targeted ambient lighting. The form closely matches interiors from the 1970s and early 1980s, with clear influences from Scandinavian and Dutch living styles of that period. At the same time, the lamp can easily be combined with a contemporary interior thanks to the timeless material use. A decorative as well as functional design object with a recognizable vintage appearance. Dimensions Wall-mount height 21 cm Wall-mount width 9.5 cm Depth 36 cm Shade diameter 21.5 cm Photos provide a clear impression of the quality and are part of the description. There are small hairline cracks in the white shade; see close-up photo. The first interior photos were generated with AI and are solely intended to illustrate the object in a living environment. Note: The lamp is sold without bulbs. For safety reasons, lamps must be installed by specialists. Shipping Shipping is only to destinations within the European Union and only via Catawiki Smart Shipping. Shipping is not available to countries outside the European Union. Manual shipping outside the Smart Shipping procedure is not offered. Shipping takes place only when Catawiki provides a regular Smart Shipping label for the recipient address given by the buyer within the normal EU shipping procedure. If an address requires additional customs formalities, an EORI registration, tax registration, or any other additional seller registration that prevents a regular EU Smart Shipping label from being created, the order cannot be processed outside Smart Shipping. In that case, the order must be reviewed and handled through Catawiki. The item will be carefully and securely packed and shipped with track & trace. The shipping costs also cover packaging materials and handling of the shipment. Pickup is only possible when the lot is auctioned for more than €50, by appointment and during office hours.
