Stag beetles on a stand Taxidermy full body mount...

This composition shows three male stag beetles in flight, with elytra spread and transparent wings. The variation in jaws and colors – from dark brown to iridescent green – gives a dynamic, sculptural whole. The specimens are hand-mounted on slender, black pins on a round wooden base. Origin: entomological trade, carefully and legally obtained. Place the object in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Dust gently with a soft brush; avoid moisture and strong air currents. Natural variation and small repaired parts may occur, which makes each piece unique.
