Sovrek (XX) - Luce infranta

Oil painting on canvas from a collection. Hand-signed by the contemporary artist Sovrek and bearing the Gallery stamp. Title: Broken Light Dimensions: 70 x 55 cm Year: 2026 Sovrek is a contemporary artist who investigates the human face as an emotional and symbolic space. Through layered, vibrant painting, his figures emerge from chromatic fragments that dissolve traditional identity to reveal deeper inner states. Color becomes narrative matter, capable of transforming the figure into a psychological presence rather than mere representation. Sovrek's works place themselves in a dialogue between figuration and abstraction, where the legacy of classical painting meets a contemporary sensibility, creating images suspended between tension, vulnerability, and introspection. www.sovrek.com NB: The work will be shipped in a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person the artworks are more beautiful than in photographs: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
