SOUDRAIN & CIE - CRYSTAL & SILVER (silversmith) Lidded candy dish made of slightly green-tinted glass with an ovoid body resting on a recessed, beveled base and a rim set in a silver mount. Pull handle with a flattened, grooved silver tubular body Master and material hallmarks on the setting and the pull handle. Marked “Czechoslovakia” on the reverse of the glass Gross weight: 2,200 g - H. 15.5 cm - Diameter: 21 cm Included: a crystal candy dish without its lid, and the silver setting. Gross weight: 2,500 g - Height: 8.5 cm - Diameter: 21 cm History: Cristal & Argent was a company established on October 24, 1931, by Ms. Colette Caruel and Mr. Georges Soudrain, and managed by the latter.
