Tutte le aste / Veicoli / SKE - A Perfect Gateway - Tintin x Porsche - 02/10
Characteristics Artist: SKE Title: A Perfect Gateway - Tintin x Porsche Format: A2 portrait - 59.4 × 42 cm Support: premium art paper Hahnemühle Limited edition: only 10 copies Signed and numbered by the artist (02/10) Certificate of authenticity included Publisher: Atelier Montmartre Paris Sold unframed Carefully protected shipping to preserve the artwork during transport. Some adventures begin with a treasure map. Others with an empty road, a faithful dog… and a Porsche ready to depart. With A PERFECT GETAWAY, SKE imagines a meeting as unexpected as it is obvious between Tintin, Milou and the timeless elegance of a Porsche 911 Carrera. The reporter and his companion are captured from behind, almost motionless, facing the car. No spectacular action here: everything hinges on the moment just before departure. The cream, beige, and blue-gray palette gives the scene a retro, cinematic atmosphere. The long shadows, circular light, and minimalist architecture create a silent tension, like an album cover that met a 70s and 80s car poster. SKE channels two popular mythologies without overloading them: the European comic book adventure and the mechanical dream embodied by the 911. Tintin’s silhouette, Milou’s presence, and the immediately recognizable rear of the Carrera are enough to trigger memory. Designed as a collector’s piece, the work is produced in a limited edition of 10 copies, in A2 format, on premium art paper Hahnemühle. Each copy is signed and hand-numbered, delivered with its certificate of authenticity, and sold unframed. An image for those who love Tintin, classic Porsches… and that very special feeling that a great adventure can begin simply by turning the key. - FRAMING TIPS Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube. Upon receipt, remove it gently and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it can naturally recover its shape before framing. ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in hardware stores or home decoration shops. Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant, and affordable; they showcase the artworks perfectly. - ARTIST BIO: SKE is a self-taught French artist with a multi-disciplinary background who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artistic works. He continually explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencils, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art. After an exceptional 2025, SKE’s market value has been rising notably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then elected Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025). SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and has also been featured in an American art magazine, confirming his international recognition. His works have been exhibited in major venues across Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. Simultaneously, SKE is making a mark in the digital artworks market, a major trend of the last two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations to collectors. Icons of popular culture, bold graphics, and texture play define a style that has become essential. SKE is, without question, an artist to watch, to start or enrich a collection with rising value. Renowned & Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work follows a prestigious lineage. His line carries the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to twist the Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws. POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages Disney’s universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and Scrooge McDuck’s symbolic greed. The influence of gaming, comics, and superheroes is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the legendary Game Boy to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), spanning Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami. LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: sneaker worlds (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not forgetting mass consumption icons like Coca-Cola. It’s vibrant art, with textured finishes sometimes reminiscent of Jeff Koons’ glossy surfaces or the facets of Richard Orlinski. This artwork is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your interior. - Instagram artist SKE: ske_shakeyourart
