**Silk bedspread with dragon chimera motifs embroidered

Chinese Chinoiserie-style silk bedspread, hand-embroidered with silk thread, oriental motifs of a mythological nature, such as dragons and other Asian decorative elements. The red color is exquisite, intense, and elegant. It is a piece made in China in the 1970s and has remained carefully stored, in perfect condition with only minor, negligible wear. The pillow is embroidered with almond blossoms. In the center of the bed a Happiness Bird meets a guardian dragon, and this same scene is embroidered on the sides. Finished with a red fringe, it is a cheerful piece full of good omens. Ancient piece that shows no stains or damage. The sheen of the silk makes photos a bit difficult; it is much more beautiful in person. Bedspread measures 2.20 x 1.80 cm. Pillow covers. Two units of 67 x 42 cm.
