Description: Item/Description: Sleek Mid Century Modern abstract figural cat pin by Taxco Mexico silversmith, Mano Sleek ( TF-33). Geometric cat crafted from Sterling Silver. Arched back, slightly scowling expression. Hinged roll-over safety clasp. Hallmarked: 925 Mexico TF-33 (artisan's registration code for Mano). Mano was a notable 20th Century silversmith from Taxco, Mexico. His work is often associated with the Mexican Modernist movement. His pieces, with their clean lines and innovative whimsical designs, are a blend of traditional Mexican artistry and modern aesthetics. Material: Sterling Silver Dimensions: Length: 2 3/8"; Width: 2"; approximately 15 grams Condition: Very Good. Free of dents, damage, repair. Signs of age, use, and wear including scratches, scuffs, tarnish. Clasp in good working order: opens smoothly, closely securely.
