First UK Edition. Octavo. 412 pp. Very good in like jacket. Orange cloth. Signed by Wilson to title page. FFEP also signed by previous owner, author John Metcalf. FFEP also bears the book plate of James A Whitehand. Minor bump to orange cloth at the top right corner. Minor pushing-in to head and foot of spine, with small dampstain to foot (not affecting the leaves). Pin-sized puncture to spine on third from head with matching puncture to jacket. Jacket is vibrant and unclipped though it is showing some general edgewear and two short, complete tears to upper edge. Overall, a tight and clean copy. Securely shipped in a box.
