SiG Martín Sigwald The MagicArtist 1967 - HOW MUCH? - Trump States Dollar

With HOW MUCH?, SiG Martín Sigwald turns one of his emblematic Trump States Dollars, belonging to the series America Bang’s First!, into a caustic reflection on power, money, and the commodification of values. The work parodies Donald Trump’s distinctive worldview, where everything seems negotiable: politics, international relations, principles, and even human dignity. The question “HOW MUCH?” leaves being a mere financial inquiry to become a provocation. The iconic intervened banknote, the irony of the portrait, and the golden background combine to form an image that is as seductive as it is uncomfortable. Money rises to a symbol of absolute power, while the artist questions its limits. A contemporary pop art piece that uses humor as a tool of political critique and turns satire into a testimony of our time. Compact, provocative, and universally legible, HOW MUCH? is conceived for collectors seeking works with identity, discourse, and a critical view of contemporary history. Features Title: HOW MUCH?
