Private Collection, California and North Carolina Shannon Meadows is a Northern California-based artist whose paintings explore the human figure, social dynamics, and the natural landscape. Following a successful career in technology, she pursued painting full time, earning an MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2025. Working in oil and mixed media, Meadows draws inspiration from Fauvism and the Bay Area Figurative Movement, incorporating bold color, expressive textures, and elements of social commentary. Her work has been featured in numerous solo and juried group exhibitions throughout California, earning several awards, including recognition from the Marin Society of Artists.
