Seeburg - ES100 ‘phono-jet’ - werkt 100% - w/ RC- 100tm7 Jukebox

An original Seeburg ES100 Phono-Jet from 1967. A less common Seeburg from the late sixties, designed as a compact jukebox with space for 50 7-inch singles and 100 individual selections. What is special about the Phono-Jet is mainly its styling. The machine does not have the classic fifties look with which Seeburg is often associated, but a distinct sixties design. Colorful graphic silhouettes of musicians and dancers run along the front. Above the record compartment there are three individually framed illustrations of a pianist, bassist and drummer. These images belong to the original design of this model and give the jukebox almost the character of a piece of pop art from the sixties. Other preserved examples of the Phono-Jet show the same characteristic decoration. The jukebox is operational. The selection mechanism functions and the records are played. The original external Seeburg control for volume and reject is also present. The ES100 works with the well-known Seeburg Tormat selection system. This unit is a European edition for 235 V / 50 Hz. According to the original Seeburg specifications, the Phono-Jet has 100 selections, a 100TM7 Tormat, a 145ST12 mechanism, and two 12-inch speakers. The cabinet is in its original used condition. The wood veneer, aluminum/chrome work and the graphic panels are still present. There are clear signs of use and local damage to the cabinet; these are intentionally shown in the photos and belong to the current, unrestored condition.
