The large drop-down panel can be lowered and then forms the writing surface. Behind it there is a beautifully designed light-wood interior with various small drawers and storage compartments, inlaid decorative borders, and a central niche. Under the writing surface there are three roomy drawers. Additionally, the cabinet comes with a certificate of authenticity stating that the furniture was manufactured around 1880 and sold as an original antique. A special piece of furniture of about 145 years old that is a real eye-catcher both when closed and when open.
