Bonbon box (sweet-box) made with blue and gold enamel on cut glass. Hand-applied enamel on a press with subsequent firing in a kiln. Three gold decorations: - a circular gold line on the base - a circular gold line on the lid - a central satin-gold band about 3 cm high with floral embroidery. For the gold decorations, 24 kt liquid gold was brushed onto glass paste and fired at high furnace temperatures to render it indelible. Height: 25 cm Weight: 1,250 g Handmade. All made in Italy.
