The body of the ladybug is entirely hand-sculpted by the master glassmakers of Venice. The shell stands out for its intense cobalt-blue coloration, characterized by a deep transparency that catches the light and yields unique reflections from every angle. On the shell you can find genuine Murano murrine, tiny masterpieces of geometric precision that attest to the complex and centuries-old technique of Murano cane work. To contrast the warm vivacity of the glass, the head and the base of the sculpture are finely finished in polished silver. The metal fusion seamlessly embraces the glass body, creating a harmonious union between the gleaming solidity of silver and the delicacy of Murano glass.
