Sculpture

For sale is an extraordinary and cohesive collection of seven miniature bronze sculptures by the renowned Dutch artist Antoinette Ruiter from Oldenzaal. The figures originate from her early period of work and on the base of one sculpture bears the clearly struck signature of her birth name 'A. SUND'. The series thematically focuses on historical everyday life and traditional, partly vanished crafts (oude ambachten) around the turn of the century (ca. 1900).
