Santicri Mixed media Dimensions: 90x50x15 cm Certificate of authenticity - hand-signed Limited Edition x/8 This work plays with the perception between two-dimensional and three-dimensional, transforming a static image into a living experience. The colored liquid that runs down the canvas blends perfectly with the real valve, creating the illusion that the color is really flowing out of the canvas. The physical insertion of the valve and the suspended droplet breaks the fourth wall of art, prompting the observer to question what is real and what is not. The effect is ironic and provocative: is it possible to control the creative flow? Can inspiration be opened and closed as if it were a faucet? The work combines pop aesthetics, ready-made, and conceptual spirit, with a direct yet layered visual language. An intelligent mix of color, material, and concept, that grabs the eye and invites reflection. The edition number sent is chosen at random. SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE! The package is carefully packed, the droplet is shipped separately from the faucet, to be screwed onto the faucet (by hand), so as to ensure a safer shipment. The canvas is mounted on a wooden frame, the faucet is made of iron, the droplet in resin with a ferro core, frame not included. The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately following icons like Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier, and Pokémon. A recognized talent not only for creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year. Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist pursued a path that, between studies in Geometra and Architecture, led him to collaborate with an artisan of resin sculptures. There arose the increasingly strong need to find himself and unleash his creativity. His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe. His art is widely appreciated and cannot be missing among collectors of street art and pop art, contemporary art paintings and sculptures. "It is never easy to classify one’s art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of perceiving what surrounds me, and I reinterpret it with a design that well suits modern times: impactful and memorable."
