Salt and pepper shakers - Silver - Solid 800 silver

Elegant Italian solid silver 800 (800 silver) gravy spoon, made by a Vicentine workshop identified by the mark “266 VI,” attributable to the mid-20th century. The object stands out for its refined slender and harmonious silhouette, characterized by an aesthetic balance of modernist taste with Art Déco references. The boat-shaped elongated body, the pronounced pouring lip and the sinuous handle give the whole an extremely elegant and sculptural presence. Particularly interesting is the contrast between the mirror-polished outer surface and the delicate manual hammered finish on the interior, a detail that adds depth and artisanal quality to the piece. The feet, decorated with a shell motif, add a refined classical reference, perfectly balanced by the clean lines of modernist design. Original Italian hallmarks: 800 266 VI which identifies a production in solid silver from the Vicentine area. Total weight: circa 116 grams. Unlike ordinary decorative silverware, this piece still retains a strong contemporary elegance today, making it ideal both as a collectible object and as a decorative element for sophisticated interiors and tables with international taste. Very good condition, with light and normal signs of wear consistent with the age of the item. Overall excellent preservation of the surfaces and the original proportions.
