Sachsa / Glashütte Tradition The Sachsa brand is the official successor to the longstanding brand “Glashütte Tradition” and consistently continues its watchmaking heritage. It stands in direct line with Glashütte Tradition, preserving its craft values, precision and quality standards. The name “Glashütte Tradition” was revived in 1998 by D. Dornblüth with the registration “Glashütte Tradition Dornblüth” at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. In 2009 the brand was carried on through an acquisition and specifically oriented toward the manufacture of individual pieces as well as small series. This focus underscored the high standard of exclusivity, craftsmanship and individuality. Despite the high recognition for its mechanical watches, production was discontinued at a later date. As the official successor brand, Sachsa continues this tradition and carries it forward under contemporary aspects. The model Flugwacht 01 comes from older stock and has been completely revised. ***Every watch is individually numbered on the dial with its own number.
