RUSSIAN SOVIET PORCELAIN PROPAGANDA PLATE The center is painted with a sheaf of wheat and various agricultural tools, including a sickle, a scythe, a rake, and a pitchfork, all set within a rust-colored star surrounded by stylized fruit plants. Produced by the Petrograd State Porcelain Factory, based on a design by Sergei Vasilievich Chekhonin (1878–1936) The rim bears the inscription: “Whoever is not with us is against us” in Cyrillic, with scattered leaves and a reddish-brown lined border. The reverse bears the date “1922,” a Cyrillic inscription, and a blue underglaze state mark depicting a hammer, a sickle, and a gear. Diameter: approx. 24 cm. Good condition
