Refined and elegant complete 12-person dinner service produced by the prestigious English manufacturer Royal Doulton, dating back to 1998. The model is the famous "Fontenay" (code H.5262), characterized by very fine porcelain—English Fine Bone China—in ivory white, decorated with a delicate pastel light-blue border, floral details in gold and ochre, classic geometric motifs, and a precious solid gold edge. The service is in excellent overall condition, having been used very little. It retains the porcelain’s brilliance and the gilding is perfectly preserved. Composition of the service (Total: 50 pieces): 13 flat plates (diameter approx. 27 cm) 12 soup plates / rims (diameter approx. 23 cm) 13 dessert / fruit plates (diameter approx. 20 cm) 12 coffee cups with their 12 saucers 1 large oval serving plate (approx. 41x31 cm) 1 large round serving plate (diameter approx. 33 cm) 1 large salad bowl / open tureen (diameter approx. 26 cm) All pieces bear on the bottom the Royal Doulton authenticity mark with the crowned lion, the model name "Fontenay", the code H.5262, and the copyright 1998.
