Very rare and hard-to-find objects personally donated by Pope Leo XIV to a distinguished person during a private audience. Specifically, it is a splendid rosary crown of Pope Leo XIV, complete with an elegant red and white leather box bearing the Pope’s coat of arms with his motto "IN ILLO UNO UNUM". The Rosary is made with precious beads of the highest quality black onyx, with a total length of about 53 cm. Alongside the Rosary is included an exclusive copy of the Encyclical Magnifica Humanitas by Pope Leo XIV, printed in Italian and with a red leather cover engraved with the Pope’s coat of arms and his motto "IN ILLO UNO UNUM". It is one of the very few copies produced exclusively for the Pope and gifted by him to eminent dignitaries during a private audience in the Vatican in June 2026. Magnifica Humanitas is the Pope Leo XIV’s first encyclical letter. The document centers on safeguarding the human person in the era of artificial intelligence and technological progress. Its primary purpose is to ensure that digital evolution places human dignity at the center of society, preventing man from becoming enslaved by technological systems. Key themes addressed in the text include: Centrality of the person: a refusal to reduce the human being to a mere technological cog; New digital servitudes: denunciation of data colonialism, exploitation of invisible workers, and human trafficking managed through technology; Ethics and Artificial Intelligence: a call not to entrust machines with lethal decisions, such as automated weapon systems and cyber warfare; Social Doctrine: an appeal not to build a new “Tower of Babel,” but to construct a city in which God and humanity dwell together. Together with the two objects, a photo of Pope Leo is included in the auction package; on the back of the photo is the colored Pope’s coat of arms and below it a faithful reproduction of the Papal signature.
