Riviera Tiles - Riviera Tiles – "La Muse des Tropiques" –...

La Muse des Tropiques **Decorative ceramic composition — 12 tiles — Riviera Tiles « La Muse des Tropiques » is a contemporary decorative composition consisting of 12 individual ceramic tiles, arranged in 4 × 3 to form a set of approximately 45 × 60 cm when assembled. The tiles are delivered separately, unglued and unmounted on a support. Each tile remains independent to allow the purchaser to choose freely how to install it: wall mounting with or without joints, integration into a backsplash or wall decoration, framing or fixing to a support of their choice. ## Description This original creation draws inspiration from European Art Nouveau aesthetics and the Mediterranean and Provençal universe. This is a contemporary creation published by Riviera Tiles and not an antique work. ## Technique and manufacture The decor is produced by high-definition sublimation on the ceramic tiles. Each tile is prepared and pressed individually in our workshop in France. The sublimation process involves transferring the printed decor onto the specially treated surface of the ceramic using a hot press, under high temperature and high pressure the inks penetrate the tile. This method yields a more precise decor and deeper colors while maintaining the matte finish of the ceramic. The preparation of a composition includes notably the creation and adaptation of the visual, color adjustments, file preparation, the transfer by sublimation of the twelve tiles by hand and their inspection before shipment. ## Characteristics Publishing house: Riviera Tiles Title: Parthénope Era: contemporary creation Composition: 12 tiles (4 × 3) Tile dimensions: approximately 15.3 × 15.3 cm Overall dimensions: approximately 45 × 60 cm Support: ceramic Finish: matte Decor: high-definition sublimation print Process: hot press transfer Manufacture: tiles sublimated individually in our workshop in France Condition: new Assembly: tiles delivered separately, without support, without glue and without joints ## Colors and manufacturing variations The photographs presented aim to reproduce as faithfully as possible the appearance of the composition. However, color perception may vary slightly depending on the screen used, its brightness and settings. The sublimation process and the individual manufacture of the tiles can also lead to slight variations in tint, saturation, contrast or texture between two productions or between the digital preview and the final product. These slight variations are inherent to the ceramic transfer process and do not constitute a manufacturing defect. Installation Since the tiles are delivered separately, installation and choice of support remain at the buyer’s discretion. Before a final installation, it is recommended to lay out the 12 tiles flat to check their arrangement and the overall alignment of the motif. Depending on the chosen installation, slight gaps or joints may modify the final dimensions of the overall piece and create small visual interruptions between the different parts of the decor. Preservation and care Clean with a soft slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products, solvents and aggressive detergents likely to damage the finish. The tiles are suitable for interior decoration, kitchens and bathrooms. They can also be used in an outdoor space that is covered and protected from weather and direct sunlight. To preserve colors over time, avoid prolonged exposure to direct UV and weathering. ## Edition and authenticity This composition can be reproduced within the Riviera Tiles collection. Each copy, however, is prepared and sublimated individually, which may cause the slight manufacturing variations mentioned above. ## Packaging The 12 tiles are packaged and protected individually before packing to minimize the risk of impact and rubbing during transport. ## About Riviera Tiles Riviera Tiles is a French publishing house specializing in the creation of contemporary decorative compositions on ceramic. Its collections are inspired notably by the Mediterranean, European architectural heritage and the major movements of decorative arts to offer contemporary creations intended for interior decoration.
