Rinat Animaev (geb. 1955) - Dame met hoed - Art Deco-stijl

Painting is a means of expressing emotions. And you can express those feelings only if you have experienced them. Otherwise they won't stand out on the canvas. The most important thing is drawing. This is the basis of painting. And colors express emotions. It is of course impossible to be a painter without knowledge of the culture and history of the place you come from. Creativity can be different. But it must not destroy beauty. It must not destroy life. I am against violence. And I value freedom above all. Rinat Animaev was born on March 24, 1955 in Dushanbe as the seventh child in a large Tatar family. From his childhood he inhaled the smell of paint, listened to his father, the artist who advised his elder sister about many things: how to hold a pencil, how not to work with your shoulders, but only with your hands to prevent getting tired, and how to arrange a sheet of paper. Later Rinat heard the same tips from his professors. He has remembered them his whole life, and to this day they are important to him. Here offered is a fine oil painting on canvas by his hand. A young lady with a hat and a poncho-like garment wears a tailored coat. She also wears leather gloves. It is clearly a cold day but the sky is blue. Set in Paris, for in the background the Sacré-Cœur is barely visible. Beautiful loose brushwork clearly comes forward in the briskly brushed purple coat that sharply contrasts with the impressionistic green and blue background. Signed bottom left and dated 1997 bottom right. Condition: bottom left near the signature shows some flakes of paint loss. Will be sent by registered mail.
