Beautiful 31-piece flatware set for six from Rich. & E. Hartkopf of Solingen, executed in a rich neorococo-/rococo revival decor. Hartkopf, Solingen and the designation “100”, indicating high-quality silver plating. It is therefore silver-plated cutlery, not solid silver.
