A magnificent and prestigious collector's silver pill/snuff box, masterfully handcrafted by the renowned Florentine silversmith Renato Salimbeni during the 20th century. This exquisite piece showcases the pinnacle of Italian boutique goldsmithing, featuring a captivating translucent plum/burgundy guilloché enamel lid that creates brilliant light reflections. The enamel is elegantly framed by a highly detailed, hand-chased and embossed silver border, and centered with a striking stylized classical medallion.
