The absence of this title as well as subsequent volumes indisputably confirms that this is the very first printing of the album. Overall condition: The album is in excellent condition. The front cover is remarkably fresh, with bright, well-preserved colors. The back cover, set against a white background, is particularly clean and in good condition, with no annotations. The corners and edges are straight and sharp, with subtle signs of handling that are entirely normal for a book of this era. The interior pages show slight foxing and age-related oxidation spots, mainly located in the white margins, which do not interfere with reading. The block is perfectly intact within its original binding. A historic and well-preserved item, ideal for completing a collection of first editions from the Fleurus/Koralle period.
