A description from a specialized bookstore specifically identifies the 1977 edition as a large quarto (in-4) containing 40 color plates with accompanying commentary. Condition: shows signs of use. The cover is intact but soiled, yellowed, and stained, with scuffing, creases, and wear on the corners and headbands. Handwritten inscription “65” on the title page. The interior appears complete and generally in satisfactory condition, with a few marks and signs of wear.
