The PP68 Chair https://pp.dk/product/pp68-pp58/ PP Møbler together with Hans J. Wegner PP Møbler is Denmark's most respected joinery and cabinet maker workshop producing premium quality furniture. Hans J. Wegner is widely celebrated as a true titan of 20th-century furniture design, Hans J. Wegner built an astonishing legacy of over 1,000 creations. His work is frequently praised as "iconic" and "timeless," recognized globally for its ability to rise above fleeting fashion and temporary trends. 1987 Hans J. Wegner created his final chair design in 1987 when he was 73 years old. Drawing from a lifetime of furniture expertise, he poured everything he learned throughout his celebrated career into this ultimate piece. The PP68 is a highly functional, comfortable, and sturdy chair built to last. While some of Wegner’s earlier works were more intricate, this model focuses purely on the essentials. It features short armrests that tuck beneath tables and can even hang from the tabletop to simplify cleaning. This chair serves as the grand finale to Wegner’s forty-year exploration of rounded armchairs, which always prioritized fine craftsmanship and ergonomic design. The PP68 is a timeless masterpiece meant to be handed down through families. It perfectly embodies a philosophy of both environmental and financial sustainability. Will be shipped, packed very very well
