Splendide Cabaret "George Sand" refers to a famous liqueur service from the late 19th century attributed to master glassmaker François-Théodore Legras and produced in collaboration with the Portieux glassworks. This Wonder is a Napoléon III era liqueur cabaret service, an emblematic model often designated under the name “George Sand” produced by prestigious manufacturers of the time such as the Portieux / Vallerysthal glassworks. It is distinguished by its elegant two-tone blown glass fusion — combining a bright turquoise blue with amber elements (the stopper and the handle) — all suspended on a metal stand or basket worked. Complete and without chipping or missing pieces. It will be even more impressive for your year-end celebrations. As with all my items put up for auction on this site, this marvel has undergone no cleaning (just dusting), nor modification since purchase. Happy bidding to all.
