Self-taught and instinctive, Pioch has developed a distinctive style that blends free figuration with elements of street art (urban art) and brings influences from brut art and outsider art. One could say that all of his works are a true open book about his life. He prefers to depict human emotion in his paintings rather than speak out or take political positions on his creations. He is an authentic artist who tells his own story and, in parallel, ends up telling the lives of others. Hypersensitive, he opens up through his canvases, without restraint, thereby showing his personality; without trying to seduce, he will never leave you indifferent.
